Lovely staff. Clean and functional rooms. Good value.

Lovely and helpful lady on reception. Good location for what we needed - and a short walk to Insurgents Taco Bar.

Rooms are very small but have everything you need. We moved to a smaller room to be upstairs away from the street noise.

amazing staff, comfortable hotel and save location for women travelling alone

It is the second time in the year that we stayed in this hotel. Staff lady is such a nice person, very kind and helpful. I traveled with my sister and everything was super comfortable with a lot of cafes and restaurants in the neighborhood, which is a very save neighborhood.

Wonderful

Comfortable, safe, nice shower. Staff very welcoming. Very good for its price.

Noise of the traffic, but you in the city center and close to a main road. Still manageable.

small and clean and great for an economical overnight stay!

The price was great, the location was convenient, and each room had just enough for an overnight stay. Also, the hot water was lovely. There were plenty of warm blankets on my bed. The woman at the front desk was very sweet and welcoming. She was able to find a blow dryer for me.

The rooms are really tiny. There are no fans or heating, so the room can either get stuffy or cold. The towel provided for the shower was no larger than a small hand towel. It would’ve been nice to have a carpet on the floor in the bedroom area since the room was rather chilly. my room was located on the ground floor and was fairly quiet. But my friend said her room, which was located on the second floor, was much noisier.

incredible value

incredible value for what you get, very clean and in a largely safe neighbourhood with a great taco restaurant next door.

definitely don’t take a room by reception as super noisy, also felt staff could be friendlier, but given the price it’s hard to complain.

Superb

The hotel itself has someone at the front desk 24 hours, so it is definitely safe and also easy to get checked in. The lady who was working there was super kind, nice and fun to talk to, as well as very helpful. For me, it was a great location (Located in Chapinero area) and there were UNREAL restaurants around this area. The area felt super safe, as there were many locals walking around their dogs at night, so security was good. The hotel security is very good as well, as someone has to buzz you in and out (Which is comforting). Would absolutely stay here again.

Beautiful hotel in a good location

The room was beautiful, clean and smelled very nice. The beds were comfortable and it was quiet, so we slept well. The lady at the reception was very friendly and was always there, in case of questions. They ask you if you want your room cleaned, and it was cleaned very well. I also liked it that there’s books in the room. There was a tourist guide book about Colombia, which is nice to look through when you’ve just arrived.

Our room didn’t have a window, so the air wasn’t the best. Also, every time when you enter the hotel, you have to ring the bell, which is a little annoying. The receptionist has to sleep on the sofa close to the entrance door, so she can open the door for people wanting to come in during the night.

Happy guest.

Very nice staff. Simple but great and clean rooms. Very central location, lots of places nearby.

Some guests were loud very early in the morning. As the walls are a bit thin it was a bit loud sometimes.
